What do you mean by /zip? Sorry for that question.

Sorry, I mean 7Zip, I pressed the caps key by accident
You need a 3rd party Zip tool to extract, because, the built in one with Windows 10 doesn't offer the option to extract ISOs.
But I believe you can also just mount the ISO in File Explorer, then copy all the files to an empty thumbdrive.

Do you mean your PC isn't capable of booting to USB(older ones can't), or just the one you created?
Did you use the default FAT32.

You could also also burn an ISO to a DVD...

Yes, i used fat32. I got a problem with the file types as i've stated on my previous posts. I've change the boot sequence, usb on top but it starts normally. Actually this is my first time doin' this.

It's really strange, Butch, but if you have a Legacy system (no UEFI), you should use NTFS, not Fat32. If you have a UEFI system, you need to use Fat32. Exactly opposite of what I'd expect.

Other way around when unzipping the ISO Wynona. That's how I did it on my old Windows 7 laptop during the Technical Preview.

Whoops, I was talking about creating a bootable flash/jump/thumb drive with Rufus. Sometimes I forget to make myself clear.

Since I can use Rufus for this, I hardly ever go any other route.

I now just use MCT(because it exists now) and it boots on both my Win8.1 desktop and my Win7 laptop.
