I finally got around to making a Windows USB stick. Is there a way to verify the Flash drive's integrity, etc?
Hello Greg,
You could test it by booting from the USB until you get to the screenshot below, and just cancel and restart the computer after verifying that you can get to this point.

Rufus
Hello, and thank you for this tutorial!
How come I don't get the option to choose between Standard Windows installation and Windows To Go in Rufus? I tried both Rufus v2.0 and v2.5.

Hello Panasonic, and welcome to Ten Forums.
You'll see those options after you select the ISO file.

Thanks for quick reply, Brink.
I am trying to make a UEFI installation USB, so that sounds like I'm on the right path.

In that case, yep. Step 6 in OPTION TWO will do the trick for you.

Thank you Cliff. Screenshots updated.
Hey brink,
I was able to get the usb done using Rufus but after clicking on "press any key to boot from usb" I get the blue windows logo and it just freezes. Nothing else happens.
Any ideas?
USB install seems to be only option for install as friends pc doesn't have working cd rom.
