Brink, so we can't do a Clean Install with a blank disc? I thought we could, because I have already put it on a disc.

Okay. Well, Night Hawk has posted some guidelines in my most recent thread about a problem I had today with File Explorer in Windows 10. But, I don't understand those guidelines. Can you read what he posted, and explain what he was talking about? Sorry for the lack of understanding or the misunderstanding.

The thing is, I'm in a situation where those options will not function. I am really aiming for these instructions. Any tips?

You could boot from a Windows 10 USB to do a refresh as well.

What's what I'm trying to do. Can you be kind and walk me through it? I already have a bootable usb with Windows 10 on it, and I can boot into it.
