Thanks Z Book. Will try Ubuntu tomorrow. The new user account seems to be recorded as a Microsoft one under Windows Settings Accounts Your Info but as a Local Account on Control Panel. I was able to confirm its security questions and changed the password for it to same as my Microsoft one. Have looked briefly for some way to change the Microsoft admin status too but no luck so far. Been busy with family today.
Sunday pm Spent a lot of time today on answers.microsoft.com in hopes of getting a Microsoft User Account with Admin Privileges that could be accessed with current Microsoft password. Am waiting for answers to my questions.
Have had a look at the Ubuntu and Linux suggestions made by ZBook. Downloading Rufus 2.18 looks a bit complicated for me tho I found a ten forums tutorial on it. What would be the advantage over a clean install do you think ?

Hi ZBook I have decided to try the Linux option you posted. I have downloaded Ubuntu 3.12 and started downloading the Installation app. Do I need to download Inventoria App as part of this ? I can`t see any way to get past it on the Ubuntu download installation page.
Maybe another Linux option will work smoother:

For Windows 11 there is no longer a sign in requirement for a bootable Windows 11 iso opening Windows RE.
If a bootable Windows 11 iso is used on Windows 10, 8, or 7 has anyone reported the status of the sign in requirement?
Shouldn't it be possible to boot into Recovery Environment by pressing a hotkey on (re)start Windows 10?
The "magic" key depends on the motherboard manufacturer, It can be (at least):
F3, F8, F9, F11, F12
Possibly with pressing <Shift> or <Alt> at the same time

Does "booting into Advanced Startup Options" always mean "booting into Recovery Environment"?
