Update:

Starting with Windows 10 build 14971, Windows PowerShell will show in the Win+X by default now instead of Command Prompt.

I am trying to replace PowerShell in WIN + X menu with PowerShell ISE, I prefer ISE over Command Prompt or normal PowerShell. I thought it would be easy simply by editing shortcuts in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\WinX\Group3:

This does not work; although I've changed the target to ISE, normal PowerShell will still be opened.

Ideas?

is not a good ideea to modify an existing entry in Win-X menu

because
a. are SYSTEM links and always will point to the same predetermined program by OS
b. if you change their names you will see the same SYSTEM name in Win-X menu entries

best ideea (at least here) is to make your own new entries (home made entries)
same thing for win 8.x Win-X menu

if you will create your own entry for Win-X menu
you will can rename the entry
and
even run it as elevated process.

there are solutions on the web
one of them is on *REMOVED*
is a portable program ,
but I don't use it because (at least here)
1. don't works with already existent .lnk files (the entry is not showed in menu)
but works here with .exe files like your
2. cant run it as elevated process (no UAC intervention)

I use this small program ( ~ 7..8KB ) manually for solve the above problem .1
is a third party tool

and and and
I do it SILENT (with a homemade autoit script)

BTW you can create Group4 as a new folder , like in attached picture

Is it possible to show both Powershell and CMD in this menu?

I have successfully changed the start menu entry with option #1.

But how I can get back the "Command Prompt here" by clicking SHIFT + Right-Mouse-Click on a directory in the windows 10 file explorer?
(It seems, this context menu entry is also changed to PowerShell)

Do I have to change the text for the context menu manually in the .reg-file to the german
"Eingabeaufforderung hier öffnen (Administrator) "
for my german windows?
Or does Win10 "translate" it automatically?
