Compress or Uncompress Windows 10 with Compact OS

Q1) If I'm already using "compacto:always". should change it to "compactos:never" before use "compact /exe:lzx /c /s:"C:" /a /f /q /i"?

Q2) If already used "compact /exe:xpress16k /c /s:"C:" /a /f /q /i" and i want to change my entire drive to LZX, should I decompress xpress16k before re-compress to LZX?

Q3) If I was compressing a drive and shutdown before end the compressing, should I to decompress before re-compress again?

Personally, I wouldn't compress the whole Windows drive like that unless you used the compactOS command. Otherwise, it may prevent Windows 10 from being able to boot.

Works fine for me..!!

compact /c /s /a /i /exe:XPRESS16K "C:\*"

Last time I tried to compress my whole C: drive with it, it crashed the system.
