UPDATE:
Starting with Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328, any additional folders you have chosen to appear on Start will now be immediately available on Start and you will no longer need to open the hamburger button to access them.

The registry setting for this uses a binary value that cannot be easily set per folder.
However, as a workaround, you could use the new tutorial below to backup and restore your settings for the folders on Start list.

I'm not sure why you're looking in that registry location for this.
