It could be hardware dependent. There's no official details about it yet to be certain.

Do you have build 17083 installed?
Yes. Winver reports 17083.1000, Watermark ditto plus rs_prerelease 180119-1645

I guess we may have to wait until the next build to get details.

@Brink, any idea why I only have the balanced plan, even resettting plans does not bring any other plans back?

No, you did not run the same command. Command powercfg alone without any switches will open Power Options, just as shown in your screenshots. To list available powerplans you need to add switch -list or its short form -l, command being powercfg -list or powercfg -l.

Power Plan GUIDs ain't constant, can be changed from different windows version to version. right @Brink
For Example: High Performance GUID is different from Win10 v19H2 to 20H1.

    Hello mate,

The default power plan GUIDs have always been consistent for me from Vista to Windows 10.

Custom power plan GUIDs will vary though.

but I've seen & experienced that the GUID for HP power plan is different in 19041 from 1909, can you check that for yourself & confirm?

The "HP power plan" is a custom plan from the OEM, so it would be normal for it to vary.

The default power plans only include the Balanced, Power saver, High performance, and Ultimate Performance plans.
