    I use this

    reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce" /v "ITx" /t REG_SZ /d "C:\Windows\debug\ITx.cmd" /f
    in [SetupComplete.cmd]
placed in an offline image at [...\sources\$OEM$\$$\Setup\Scripts]

with the .cmd file you can run anything [like .reg files] with proper paths of course
I put them , like in the example , in [...\sources\$OEM$\$$\debug] in the offline image on my usb stick
and they are copied automatically during install in [C:\Windows\debug\] folder
and executed at first boot [just once]

red values names will be your choice

The IE Desktop Icon you created was IE 64-bit, can you write another Registry Hack for IE 32-bit in Windows 10?
    Thank You!

Hello Neo, and welcome to Ten Forums.

In 64-bit Windows, the Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) browser frame process runs 64-bit by default. However, for compatibility with plug-ins, IE11 runs 32-bit tab processes by default.

If you want 64-bit IE11 tabs as well, then you could use the method in the tutorial below.
