You could change the text size for menus using an option below for that.

If you have build 17692 or higher installed, you could use the newer method below to change text size.
Changing DPI will make everything ( desktop-icons, folders, etc.) bigger, I only want to change ( increase) my taskbar-icons and the text with it , coz its waaaay too small ............
All sould be the way it is , only taskbar-icons and text , which belongs to these icons, should be increased.....
Icon font and File Explorer font are affected by the same setting "IconFont".
Do you have Small Taskbar Buttons On in Settings?
Settings>Personalization>Taskbar>Use Small Buttons (On or Off Slider)
Small Taskbar Buttons = off
Though the difference in size is minimal............
Yes 100% and Window Font Changer ( all set on "7" )
It seems the only way to increase my taskbar-icons/tekst is to change DPI to > 125 ( better 140) %
Problem is , it changes all other items also ( desktop-icons, folders, etc.)
Im still searching for a solution which only changes taskbar-icons /tekst...……..
7 ? wow you must have REALLY good eyes :) try 11 or 12 ( I use 12 @ 125% Scaling on 1440p)
Try just the MENU size 1st then the others , MENU should change the Task List size
At 4K you might want to try the recommended Scaling which I think is 150% too ? then make things SMALLER if needed with A.F. Changer
