I found a solution. Right-click the shortcut, go to Properties window, Compatibility tab and select "System" under "Override high DPI scaling behavior." "System (Enhanced)"

Change Compatibility Mode Settings for Apps in Windows 10

    That fixed it.

    Thanks a bunch,

The link you provided does change the size of the text. But it doesn't change that bar.

My suggestion would be to ask Altap about the Issue , via Support or their Forum..... it is a known issue I see there

I was able to adjust the font on the above link but what was causing my shadows on the fonts under the icons?

    Hello ETP,

If this is on your desktop, then turning off drop shadows using the tutorial below may be able to help.

Here is a simple way of reverting your custom settings for your Metrics and Fonts.

After you have them all set the way you like, export the registry values to the Desktop or anywhere you like. Give them a meaningful name. Then, when going from Normal>Safe Mode>Normal and it messes up, just merge the saved values, signoff and sign back in. Signoff/in usually works fine, but rare cases a restart is needed.

I use this method all the time with my Insider builds to quickly put my custom settings back in.

Also use it when doing any Safe Mode work, like DDU for driver uninstalls and DISM clean components. Basically anytime I go to Safe Mode and back to Normal.

Here are the Registry keys to export.

Thanks a lot ! Very usefull tip , had lots of troubles with these settings , had to use a Macrium-backup .
Now with these two regedit-backups all will be fine , and fast !
Still wondering ; is this behaviour normal , from safe-boot to normal boot , settings lost..........?

You're welcome! Is it normal? Well, best I can say is it's consistent, been this way since 10 came out. I've tried to figure it out, and best I can determine is it's not saving the user stack (heap) when a reboot to Safe Mode directly from Normal. When you get to Safe Mode,it's all small and non-customized, so that's what it gives back when you go back to Normal. I gave up trying to figure it out and just saved everything to revert myself.
