localized names will be back, even in the english version. note: this patch corrects only \users\public folder and subfolders.
i have other things missing localized texts.... waiting for a correction and trying to write a script to identify the folders that are missing the original flags...

Making these folders read only makes them unable to be written to, no?

Copied all lines into a .cmd batch file and ran it with elevated privileges, and all is well again.

Sysprepping an existing Windows installation (Method Two in tutorial), especially an upgraded system sometimes fails. That's why I recommend using this method in a clean, fresh install only (Method One in tutorial). That being said, all of you going for Method Two: Do not forget to create a full backup before proceeding; if you come back here telling it failed, what now, my first answer will be to restore the backup and try again correcting errors you made in the first try.
