Network never a problem as windows 10 does not have drivers for my network card. But ill do as you suggest, only difference is im making a new bootable usb using the media creation tool vs using an iso just to make sure

Now when you sign in to built-in admin to disable existing user accounts, disable all other accounts but do not disable this temporary account! When Sysprep is done and if it shows "System" again, you can sign in to this temporary account and using it activate built-in admin and other user accounts, then remove the temporary user account.

Thanks so much for the detailed walkthough! I have already successfully moved my Users folder to a secondary drive but I am encountering an issue moving it back for a new windows version upgrade. The bulk of my Users folder / files are on my secondary Z drive, however, there is a residual Users folder and subfolder (mostly empty except appdata) remaining on my C drive. I read in the tutorial that one must make sure that:

"[...] the drive into which you are relocating the Users folder is empty or at least does not contain any Windows system folders, especially Users folder or parts of it from any current or previous Windows installation."

First of all, I am assuming that this also applies for restoring the Users folder back to C... Presuming that that is the case, I am unable to delete the Users folder (again, mostly empty except appdata) on C. Even when I grant Administrator permission to delete the folder, I am told that "Folder Access is Denied" and that I need permission from SYSTEM. Am I doing somthing wrong, or does anyone have further troubleshooting instructions?
