Hello Fleck, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

Luckily, we can still manually change the text size using Option Two.

OH MY GOD, thank you. This has been driving me around the freakin' bend because I want my text to be readable WITHOUT all my images being blown up by 25% (and thus distorted). Apparently this is too much for Microsoft to wrap its big stupid brain around!

    You have saved my sanity.

Hi. Have you tried this since Windows 10 Creators Update version 1703?

The "display" section in control panel appears to be gone. Same with "cleartype". I am unable to change the text size of the message boxes, title bars, etc.

    The registry method still works!

Please see the note box under Option 1. :)

This option is no longer available starting with Windows 10 build 15019, but you can still use Option Two below.

Is there a way to go back to the prior version? I have 2 win 10 pc, one is the newer version that I will have to change a lot of settings. and the other I wish to prevent it from changing to the newer version.

I am 75, and really do not like to have to do all this tweaking.

Hello @wd4ngb, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

I'm not aware of a way to add the UI from Option 1 back into Windows 10, but there are plenty of 3rd party tweaking programs out there you could use for this though.

I just don't prefer to use 3rd party programs since you never fully know what you're getting with them.

I can not seem to be able to find where to change the size of my bookmarks back to being readable for my 75 year old eyes.
