Starting with Your Phone app version 1.20111.105.0, a new Multiple windows setting has been added that allows you to turn on or off to alert you before closing multiple windows when you close the Your Phone app.

OPTION ONE

Turn Off Ask Before Closing Multiple Windows from Alert


1 While you have more than one window open (ex: app from Android phone and Your Phone app) from the Your Phone app, close the Your Phone app.

2 Check the Don't ask me again box in the You still have other windows open alert dialog, and click/tap on Close all. (see screenshot below)

OPTION TWO

Turn On or Off Ask Before Closing Multiple Windows in Your Phone app Settings


1 Open the Your Phone app.

2 Click/tap on the Settings (gear) icon at the bottom of the left pane. (see screenshot below)

3 Click/tap on Personalization in the middle Settings pane.

4 Under Multiple windows in the right Personalization pane, turn on (default) or off Alert me before closing multiple windows for what you want.

5 You can now close the Your Phone app if you like.
