How to Add or Remove Meet Now icon on Taskbar in Windows 10

    The tutorial above should be updated. Option 2 and 4 above no longer work or exist (ver 21H1) which puts doubt in the validity of the other options in my view.

    If you do not have option 2 available, it usually means you do not have the "Meet Now" feature available.

    My mistake, my apologies. Somehow I scanned it too quickly and missed a window, thinking that the 3d window was the 2nd one.

    For some reason, Option 4 is not available to me. The Remove Meet Now line is not present in the GPeditor.

    Hmm, I don't see the Remove the Meet Now icon policy available on my system anymore either.

    Luckily, option 5 still works to configure the same policy.
