I would rename PicturesOLD to something completely different for now, and only move the Pictures folder to "E".

I wouldn't move the Camera Roll folder yet. I'm thinking this may be the issue if you move it after already moving the Pictures folder.

We can check the registry afterwards to verify the paths for both.

What do you get when you try to manually create a new folder named "Pictures" in your "E:\Maxine" folder?

The screenshot below was for when you try to moved the Pictured folder instead.

That is odd to see that when trying to create a new folder called "Pictures" there.

As a test, temporarily turn on to show hidden folders like below to see if there may be any hidden folders in "E:\Maxine" causing this.

In that case, go ahead and try moving only the Pictures folder from "C" to "E:\Maxine" to use the existing folder.

Afterwards, post a screenshot of the same registry key below to see how the paths look.
