I hope the repair install will work for you to avoid a full clean install.
The download client disappear AGAIN! Wth? For a world-renowned brand they have a very shitty download client... is there any other way I can download the ISO?

I'm afraid that there's not any official way to get a Windows 10 ISO file anymore other than from the Media Creation Tool.

Great, and now I cant even delete 4GB 'Temporary Windows Installation Files' from the Disk Cleanup, even ran it with admin, is it gonna hog my disk space forever? Windows is such a sham.

You might see if you may be able to use Option 4 below to delete temporary files, and hopefully that along with it.

By default, Windows 7 will not delete temp files unless they have not been accessed in at least 7 days.

You could use step 1 in Option 1 below to change that to zero days. Afterwards, Disk Cleanup should be able to delete them.

Shawn, this should work in 7.... been a while, but I believe it does. Worth a shot.

    %SystemRoot%\System32\Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535

So I somehow managed to download the ISO, and when I mount it, and click setup, it says 'setup couldnt start properly, please reboot your PC and run setup again', so I did what it says, still cant, then I search for solution online, they say I need to delete those 2 files Windows BT and Windows WS in safe mode, u guessed it I did, and it then says I dont have permission to delete, then I tried the disk cleanup method, and u guessed it same thing happened like in my Win7 laptop, I cant delete the temporary files, then I try to delete them from Storage like u said, but I waited for an hour and nothing happened, so what the **** do I do now, this is getting really irritating

Did you try running Setup.exe as Administrator? Right click it, and use Run as administrator
