I noticed from your command prompt that you are using build 10240. Is your ISO the same build number?
Hello thank you for the fast reply.

No the Build in my ISO would be 10586 and I actually thought this could be the problem but I haven't figured out how to download my corresponding build.

    Any idea how to download?

I have only found unofficial links.

You may need to refresh or reset Windows instead.

:O so there is no way to download my corresponding build? =(.....

The reason why I don't want to refresh or reset Windows its because of all the softwares that I obtained from uni and have a lifetime licence, it would be quite difficult to get them back now that I am outside uni.

Are you able to update Windows 10 10586 in Windows Update?

If not, then you may be able to just upgrade directly to 10586 with ISO file you already have. Pay attention to if you are able to "Keep all apps and files" during installation or not though.

So why can't you do a repair install, and not lose any files??

In response to Bink, well I am running Windows 10 Build 10240 which I upgraded from Windows 7 using Windows Update. I am trying to run the upgrade within Windows 10 as suggested in this tutorial with the difference that the Windows Media Tool generated ISO gave me another build 10586. However it seems that after setting all languages preferences to Spanish I still get the Error white screen saying something happened, I can post a picture in a few moments. Running everything again.

In response to OldMike well because I have some software which I got for free while I was a student at University, like Mathlab, Autocad, Origin, Office, etc... with original lifetime licences. I guess I could somehow get the info and reactivate them but I guess it would be as troublesome since I am no longer a student since 2 years ago. I actually use some of those softwares to work.
