    That's valid for about 31 days, until the next Patch Tuesday next month, then we rinse and repeat ad nauseam

    only reason I know that one is I installed the Preview CU.

    Even if there are no new non-security patches in tomorrow's CU, the Patch Tuesday CU will be given a higher build number (even if only bumped up by 1) because it will certainly contain new security fixes.
