This tutorial will show you how to pin and unpin topics from the Microsoft News app on the Start menu as a Live Tile for your account in Windows 10.

OPTION ONE

Pin Microsoft News Topic to Start menu as Live Tile


1 Open the Microsoft News app.

2 While on the Today page, click/tap on topic (ex: "Sports") you want to pin to Start as a Live Tile to open and select the topic. (see screenshots below)

3 Click/tap on the Pin button on the toolbar, and click/tap on Pin "<topic>" to Start menu. (see screenshot below)

OPTION TWO

Unpin Microsoft News Topic Live Tile from Start menu


1 Open the Start menu .

2 Right click or press and hold on the Live Tile for the Microsoft News topic (ex: "Sports") you want to unpin, and click/tap on Unpin from Start. (see screenshot below)
