How to Adjust Left and Right Audio Balance of Sound Devices in Windows 10
Sometimes you may notice an unbalance in the left and right audio balance of a playback (output) device such as a speaker or headphone, and may need to manually adjust the left and right audio balance level until it sounds best to you.
This tutorial will show you how to adjust the left and right audio balance level of sound playback devices in Windows 10.
If Absolute Volume is enabled, it may sometimes prevent you from separately changing a Bluetooth device's dual volume control for the left and right volume levels.

1 Open Settings, and click/tap on the System icon.
2 Click/tap on Sound on the left side, select the output device you want to adjust in the Choose your output device drop menu, and click/tap on the Device properties link under it. (see screenshot below)
3 Adjust the Left and Right audio Balance level until it sounds good to you for this device. (see screenshot below)
The left and right audio balance levels are set to 100% by default.
4 When finished, you can close Settings if you like.
1 Open the Control Panel (icons view), and click/tap on the Sound icon.
2 Click/tap on the Playback tab, double click/tap on the output device you want to adjust. (see screenshot below)
3 Click/tap on the Levels tab, and click/tap on the Balance button. (see screenshot below)
4 Adjust the Left and Right audio balance level until it sounds good to you for this device, and click/tap on OK when finished. (see screenshot below)
The left and right audio balance levels are set to 100% by default.
5 Click/tap on OK. (see screenshot below)
6 Click/tap on OK. (see screenshot below)
7 You can close the Control Panel if you like.
