Thanks! The entry itself applies fine however it doesn't disable OneDrive's integration with Windows, it still starts with Windows and also has it's pesky little navigation pane icon. I just thought I would update you as I assumed it was patched out so to speak as it used to work fine however after my most recent clean install of the most up to date version it doesn't seem to be working.

I am going to now try and disable it via the policy editor, I will update you on the results. My build of windows is "17763.379".

I am sure you have a lot on your plate, thanks for the quick reply.

Just to verify, did you restart the computer afterwards to apply?

Yes, I just tried the policy edit and that failed to work also, it is either an issue with my install or an issue with the latest version on Windows.

In that case, you could try the method in the tutorial below to uninstall OneDrive instead.

Thanks. I think tomorrow I will make two virtual machines one with 1803 and one with the most up to date public build to see if this is an issue with my machine or if this solution is just outdated on the current Windows version. I am not sure if this forum marks post as redundant on newer versions or not however I should imagine it would help for people to know.

Usually the tutorials are kept updated as spotted, or marked as no longer valid when it can't be made to work anymore.

This tutorial still works for me though, so hopefully we can find out what is going on for you.

Alright, sorry to have wasted your time. There must be an issue with my install if it is working fine for you.

Been a lurker for a while and really appreciate all the work this forum put into finding these edits.
