I just tested on my system, and it's still working for me.

Do you mean "Open here as administrator" does nothing for you, or it's not opening elevated?

What location are you using "Open here as administrator"? I'll test the same to see if the same issue or not.

Just to verify, are you being prompted by UAC when using the "Open here as administrator" option?

It would seem I have a Windows setting somewhere that is preventing an elevated Command Prompt from the context menu then.

What build of Windows 10 are you running?

I assume the "Open here" part works for you though?

Did you do anything to change UAC settings or disable UAC?

AFAIK, I didn't change any UAC settings but I will double check now. (It is at default)

I checked the links and even ran the Enable_UAC.reg file to be sure. No luck.

I am able to open an elevated command prompt using the standard Windows methods listed.

In that case, export the registry keys below added by the .reg file and post them here. I'll take a look to make sure they successfully and correctly merged.

I don't see any issues there.

If you like as a test, download and merge the .reg file below. Afterwards, test by right clicking on your desktop using "Open here as administrator" to see how it works now for you with less quotes in the command.

"Open Here" opens as Administrator.

"Open here as administrator" does nothing still.

I must admit that I'm not sure why the "Open here as administrator" item is not working for you.
