When installing higher versions of PowerShell such as this, is it advisable to use the 'Turn Windows features on or off' to uncheck the box for Windows PowerShell 2.0 Engine, or is should it be left alone?

When I run as ADMINISTRATOR , can't type ? can as non ADMINISTRATOR.
