You may use FreeFileSync on Windows: Download the Latest Version - FreeFileSync
I use FreeFileSync every day via a shell script.

Due to various reasons I had to set up an existing folder pair again and found that SyncToy wants to backup everything in the source again. The source is thousands of image files (~2.5TB) which are already backed up so I don't want to have to do it all again. Is there a way to instruct SyncToy to only backup files created or modified after a certain date? Or, does anyone know where SyncToy stores the information on what it has already backed up. I realise there is an option not to copy files that are already on the destination, but this doesn't help me as the destination is regularly cleared after the files have been moved to my Amazon cloud backup.
