How to Add Printer to Send To Context Menu in Windows 10
You will see the Send to context menu when you right click on a file or folder in Windows.
The Send to context menu makes it easy for you to quickly send a copy of items (ex: files, folders, libraries) to Bluetooth device, Compressed (zipped) folder, Desktop (create shortcut), Documents, Fax recipient, Mail recipient, and removable and network drives.
If you like, you can add a printer shortcut to the Send to context menu to send items you want printed to any printer(s) you add to the Send to context menu.
This tutorial will show you how to add a printer to the Send to context menu in Windows 10.
EXAMPLE: Printer added to Send to context menu
Here's How:
1 Open File Explorer (Win+E).
2 Copy and pasteshell:PrintersFolder
into the address bar of File Explorer, and press Enter to open the Printers folder. (see screenshot below)
3 In the Printers folder, drag and drop the printer you want to add to SendTo to your desktop to create a shortcut of the printer on your desktop. (see screenshot below)
4 If wanted, you can rename and change the icon of this printer shortcut on your desktop. (see screenshot below)
5 Type the location you want to use below into the address bar of File Explorer, and press Enter to open the SendTo folder you want to add the printer shortcut to. (see screenshot below)
(Current user SendTo folder)
shell:sendto
OR
(Specific user SendTo folder - must be administrator to open for other users)
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
OR
(New users SendTo folder - must be administrator)
C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
This default SendTo folder location will only affect new user accounts added to the computer after adding a printer to this default SendTo folder.
6 Drag and drop the printer shortcut on your desktop into the SendTo folder to move the printer shortcut into this SendTo folder. (see screenshots below)
If you should want to remove the printer from the Send to context menu, you would just need to delete this printer shortcut in this SendTo folder.

7 You can now close File Explorer if you like.
That's it,
