    thnx admin, the second method solved my problem for now. but when i use the app store the problem persist again.
    wsreset.exe doesnt clear cache, app wont download.
    i think the problem is with my windows app store

    HELP HELP HELP!!!


    I'M TOTALLY SCREWED!!!!

    I did what you said and now the Start menu doesn't work nothing works!! I don't even know how to get into settings or what to do at all!!!! I'm brand new to PC coming from Windows I was just trying to fix the Windows Store THIS IS REALLY REALLY BAD PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hello Dude, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

    It sounds like you have some sort of other issue at hand since nothing in the tutorial is able to cause that.

    You might see if restarting the computer may sort it. If not, then you could do a repair install that should fix Windows without losing anything.

    I can't open the Settings App. It won't open at all. The window opens for a sec and then immediately closes. PLEASE HELP I'M FREAKING OUT HERE!

    Calm down, and restart your computer.

    If you have to, press and hold the power button down until the PC powers off, then press the power button again to turn on again.

    Okay...I did that once, didn't help. What should I do? Sorry to interrupt your Sunday like this but I have to use my compute for work this is a real disaster.

    i can't find a way at all to get into settings. I can access the control panel by right clicking in some areas. I'm running the latest build. Thanks for your help.

    In that case, see if you may be able to do a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before you had issues.
