Yes I was. But see most recent post in User Account Confusions. sid 1031 is in result from WIn PShell andRegistry so I will check its profile path as Brink instructs. I seem to be getting straightinto mjcx2 account today.
SID …-1031 is a standard user account not an Admin one so it cannot be used for the parts of the procedure for which Brink has said an Admin account is required.
Your other three accounts are Admin ones.
