    Hi Shawn, you wrote:
"Right click or press and hold on a URL link on the webpage you want to open, and click/tap on Open link in InPrivate window."
This and Open in New Window items no longer work, the inPrivate and New Window options are shown in the Jump list but nothing happens when (double or) single clicked. Open in The New Tab option, same jump list menu, works OK, just the 2 inPrivate and New Window items won't work in the jump list. It still worked last week. I can open Edge inPrivate window using the other options, just not with the jump list. Maybe disabled by a MS Edge update? I reinstalled Edge (App Modify) but still the same.

    Hello Frank,

I just tested in MS Edge version 95.0.1020.30, and they're still working for me.

You could try uninstalling and reinstall Microsoft Edge to see if that may fix it.

Does using any of the options below for a Microsoft Edge Inprivate Browsing shortcut work for you?

    Hi Shawn
I am on the same Edge version as you so it must be related to my system/hardware. I just updated Windows with KB5006738 and now on built 19043.1320 but still unable to open Edge in a new window with the context menu (right click), it is not a context menu issue as I can open in a new tab (the 3rd option in the menu) but the two other options that involve a new window are not working (not greyed out but inactive). I can open in new Window and in Private with all the other options including the short cut so there is a problem with opening a new window in the context menu in the registry?
I sent a Feedback to MS about this.
    Thanks
    Frank

It does seem like a bug.

    Hi@Brink
I will just ignore it as the Edge settings option "inPrivate" and in new window work fine. No reason to restore windows for that (I already reinstalled Edge without results) and Edge is updated almost daily so there is no guarantee that the "bug" may not come back after a restore job. Is there perhaps a registry key for Edge Context Menu where I can check the paths for those two "Open in new windows" items, do you know?

I'm not sure where the paths are stored for them.

    Hi Shawn,
I found that the open inPrivate and in New Window works OK with the context menu when right clicking on links other than Favorites/bookmarks, like on links resulting from a search engine. So this "non active" behavior has something to do with my Favorites, wonder if there is an edge://flags setting that disables opening favorite links in a new window?

Not sure, but glad you are able to workaround the issue for now.
