FYI, Power Toys 56.2 is now available. However, it still appropriated several shortcut keys & I couldn't find a way to disable them, although this post seems to suggest the problem was fixed.

0.64.1 adds quite a few features. Not sure when these were all introduced, but this time I noted
- text extractor (various possible languages, screen OCR to clipboard)
- file locksmith
- awake
- keyboard manager
- quick accent
- hosts file editor
for example.
I tried quick accent and found it almost impossible to use.
Press and hold key + hot key for quick accent- I kept getting repeat occurences of the original character.
It seemed really hard to get the popup with the list of selectable accented characters to appear.
Here AX still wins. (Free).
