Unfortunately, the sort order fix has the same side effect whether it's applied to all users or only the current user.

Is there a sort fix option for "current user"?

Nope. The fix gets applied to all users.

Thanks. Just to confirm, in order to fix the sort issue, Windows Photo Viewer needs to be restored for All Users? It is not possible to fix the sort issue when Windows Photo Viewer is restored only for the Current User?

I'm afraid only when using for all users.

I have the original .reg file to Restore for All Users created on Aug 8, 2015. It seems to work fine. I'm wondering what's different with the newest one available?

Hello @kzyswd, and welcome to Ten Forums.

The latest one in the tutorial is more thorough. You can edit the .reg file for each to help compare the differences.

Would you add .CR2 to Windows photo viewer too?

    Hello @RiP2,

I've updated the downloadable .reg files in the tutorial to now include .CR2.

You would just need to download and merge an updated .reg file to update it on your computer.
