Glad you got it working
Thanks, looks like the link disappeared.
I removed the link since it's already been integrated in the tutorial on the first page.
Oh that's great Brink.
Question: Which is the undo for that link that i posted earlier?
With that link I posted, it worked fine, I could select it and pictures launched with it, but it would still not show it as the default in settings - just as unchosen.
I'm thinking about using a different photo app and would like to remove those registry settings if possible.
It's OPTION ONE in the tutorial to either restore or undo restore from that other link.
You're most welcome.
It helps, after almost tired googling with restart services of RPL and DCOM which was not working
I noticed a few builds ago (maybe 10162) that you could no longer set Windows Photo Viewer as the default picture opener. Now, it seems that MS is forcing you to use the Photos "app" instead.
Is anyone else getting this issue?
Cough. Hi there fellow forumers. I need your help. I've already know this problem of mine is a rather common problem among Windows 10 users. When I wish to open a picture with our good old Windows Photo Viewer, simply nothing happens or even if...
Jpg photo unable to open in windows photo viewer. i reset default apps. i choose default apps by file type.
I really liked the Windows Photo Viewer in Windows 7... The photo viewer built into Windows 10 is terrible.
Anyone know any good replacements? Something light weight.
When watching photos in Windows Photo Viewer all colors are added a "yellow" look. How do I change that so it looks normal?
If I resize the window so there are borders, they are yellow allso! Look at attached eksample.
