    In case end users are having problems with netframework there are multiple versions with applicable repair tools:

    This computer has Windows 10 1909.
    Running the 3.5 repair tool suggested repairing version 4.5

    This is a link with the additional repair tools:

    If the netframework fails to repair it sends these files to Microsoft:

    C:\Users\a\AppData\Local\Temp\Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool_20210125_084646814.html
