@danof76
Thank you for sharing your solution, worked for me.
Anyone who doesn't have the "Remove" button, and nothing else has worked, this worked for me:
1 - Go to the "Your Info" tab and click "Stop signing in with other..."
2 - Go back to "E-mail & accounts" and the "Remove" button should now appear
Just tried this and there isn't a "sign in with microsoft account" option if you're using a local account. It's there if I use a Microsoft account login though.
Probably just another weird Windows 10 bug...
Ah... M$ shady business continues.
I am using offline / local account for Windows 10.
After installing PowerAutomationTool had to sign in so I did. After some time did noticed that in Settings -> Account -> Emails & Accounts that e-mail (used to sign into PowerAutomationTool) is listed under "Accounts used by other apps".
There was no option to Remove that account.
Looked into Settings -> Account -> Your info and I did discovered that:
1. M$ decided to automatically switch my account to online (using that email)
2. enable Windows backup to store (akh... steal) all my informations
... WTF! New low for M$i3t.
If they keep this up year of the Linux will come sooner then we think.
