I also have this problem. Can you solve it again ?

We'll have to wait and see if Deskmodder will have an updated .zip version.

TonyB, read posts #20. As Brink has said, this appears to be a bug, nothing he can do about it at this time.

Five days have passed, maybe we can no longer use sandbox on the home version.

There is currently a known issue with Windows Sandbox in Windows 10 version 1903 that may also be affecting this.

Known issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903

Windows Sandbox may fail to start with error code “0x80070002”
Windows Sandbox may fail to start with "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" on devices in which the operating system language is changed during the update process when installing Windows 10, version 1903.

    Affected platforms:
    Client: Windows 10, version 1903

Next steps: We are working on a resolution and estimate a solution will be available in late June.

Hello Cmd858, and welcome to Ten Forums.

Just to verify, does your PC meet all the prerequisites listed at the top of this tutorial?
    @Brink

For the best of my knowledge my PC meet all the prerequisites and I followed your instruction. I'm getting the following message when attempting to open the Sandbox:
    Attachment 235868
Could you kindly set me on the right direction to solve the issue?

Running Windows Defender on Home Edition x 64 V 1903

    EDIT:

I read all the posts i missed somehow and it appears that a solution is not there.
Thank anyway @Brink for your good work.

I'm hoping the fix in late June for the known issue linked below may also fix this.
