Since my last missive, I noticed that someone else (post #7) had msvcp100.dll error and overcame it by using something called WinX Editor. This looks a bit complicated and has not been updated in 4 years. (I think it's the same author as hashlnk.exe)
I was wondering, Mr Brink, if I could prevail upon you to post an already hashed 'regedit' shortcut for me.

Not sure whether I was a bit vague, I mean a .lnk shortcut hash file that I can then drag into WinX\Group2 folder (as per your tutorial for Control Panel).
