You can download Home edition in Polish. This is available. Then you extract ISO. Mount the install.wim, and change edition to Professional. You save and unmount, create ISO or simply copy all the files from the ISO to a fat32 formatted USB stick, and install. You will then have Polish Professional. If he wants to upgrade just click the setup executable.
@ch3mn3y - thank flybynite (and rep him / her!)

Oh, and (belated) Welcome to the forums, as well :)

    Hi @Kari,
I was looking for a way to get the 18362.1 preview since there is a problem with WU installing it. Will this ISO work like the usual update without changing my personal settings or will it be more like a fresh installation of W10?
    Thank you

If you download the 18362 ISO, mount it and run Windows setup, it is a normal in-place upgrade. All your installed software, settings and personal data will remain intact.

Furthermore, yes, it will act like a normally installed upgrade from WU - so, things like Edge will reset to the not-maximized window it displays after you finish setting up Windows, Explorer defaults back to a window that has maybe an inch of space on the left where the tree is located, and hundreds of other little things that have no reason to get rest - but do.

But, as @Kari said - your files and program settings will not be altered.

Tutorial has been updated today due changes in UUP Dump web interface, steps 1 & 4 now showing the actual screenshots from current interface.

I've also added a short video to tutorial to show how fast and easy the process is.

Time for a short note about the use of parentheticals to indicated superseded builds?

And what would be really awesome would be if I could figure out the way they used to do before, whereby they opened a browser and pointed it to the aria2 executable, whereby you could watch the DL and verification progression in a nice little browser window....
