Clear Lock screen but blurry Sign in screen!

Windows 10 2004 update. My Lock Screen is not blurred at all but as soon as I click to Login it does become blurred while I enter my password. I have used the Group Policy to try and fix this but I cannot get a clear screen here.
Is there a way to fix this please?

Make sure you have followed the steps completely. This tutorial will guide you.

If blur is set on, It is normal for the Lock Screen to be NOT blurred unill you click or press a key, then blurs.

After the steps to disable blur, make sure you sign off and back on, or restart your computer.

Many thanks. I had set Group Policy to enable this and it failed. Now I used the Regedit link (set to 1) and all is now OK, ie no blur at all.
