Enable or Disable Acrylic Blur Effect on Sign-in Screen in Windows 10

I don't understand Microsoft's logic, lol.

It would be nice if everything had a simple on/off toggle in Settings so everyone can set things to how they like.

I just updated to v1903 and I hate this feature so turned off straight away.

OK. When I migrated to 1903 on five systems, I had to use GPedit to turn off the Blur Effect.
At no time was I left with a blank screen, the Blur Effect was simply disabled.

However, on two of those five systems, post 1903, the picture was changed to another of the default pictures, which was very odd.
I had to reset it back to the original.

I actually thought that I was having a seizure or something like that.
There should be a switch and not enforced as the default upon upgrade.

MS is simply a little blurry on the concept of user choice.
