Enable or Disable Reserved Storage in Windows 10

Tried it. Disabled Hyper-V and sandbox - rebooted and re-enabled etc. No porteblebaselayer showing in Disk management.
With sandbox running shows 5% usage in MiniTool. Hey-Ho.
