After updating to v1903, I installed KB4497165 (microcode update - see KB4497165 Intel microcode updates for Windows 10 v1903 - May 14) I uninstalled this update and Sandbox now works.

You can have the latest microcode update and Sandbox won't work or you can dispense with the microcode update and Sandbox will work. This is yet another dubious achievement of Microsoft's wonderful software engineering.
Thank you so much for your answer :) What disturbs me the most and becomes an obsession is not knowing whats going on and not the
problem itself! Now I know and will uninstall the microcode for now.

In the past couple of days I've been getting this error:

Several days later, it has started working again with no errors. Weird.

    Thanks for the tutorial.
I just enabled it via through Windows Features.

    Though, I have something weird.
The Sandbox shortcut is nowhere to be found.

    Anyone else had this happen?

    Edit:

    Nevermind. I found the issue!

    I have installed StartIsBack++
For some weird reason, using the search in it, it can't find the Sandbox.
But, pressing CONTRL+WIN, it brings the Windows 10 start menu, which, through there, I was able to find the Sandbox and launch it with no Issue.

Try your system's manufacturer support page for an update to the BIOS.
If you get one, install it and uninstall KB4497165 Intel microcode updates for Windows 10 v1903 - June 18
If not, you wait, for a fix from Microsoft

There are still issues with Sandbox. Take a look at the Known issues, here
I'm afraid you have to wait for a fix from Microsoft.

Thx for Your replay. I have actual Bios version and try install and then uninstall KB4497165 but that's not help at all. I need waiting for the M$ fix.
