Adding this regfile with NTLite desn't make any changes while installing windows as a clean boot. Default option remain the same i.e. Cassic, not enhanced. Is there any other advance way you found for this?

you didn't get it. I am talking about a fresh clean installation of W10. Created a regfile of this settings & merged that into the ISO, not get this thing to work, any new workaround for this?
