    First of all,

I want to thank Brink, for posting his registry file. This saved my day.

However, I also got the same problem as mentioned by "witten1972". In the startup section of Task Manager, I got also some items 'program'. See my screenshot.

In my case, this was initiated by the program 'WhatInStartup.exe' from Nirsoft, where I disabled the corresponding item.
To get it back, I set disabled on 'NO' and unchecked the 'permanent disabled mode' under options.

So, there is a difference between disabling the items and switching them off in Task Manager.

Further, I got the impression that 'WhatInStartup.exe' changed the registry type of 'SecurityHealth' under
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run from REG_EXPAND_SZ to REG_SZ.

Anyhow, I needed to use the registry file from Brink, and all is working fine now.

Discovered that the icon was missing and the .reg key was also missing.
It must have happend a couple of days ago.

Using option 5, which is: merge the .reg file to "Enable_Windows_Security_notification_icon_for_all_users" fixed it.

Thanks TenForum, for the ongoing support.
