    Hello @Brink,

Am I right in saying that this is ONLY available in the Enterprise Edition?
    That would be incorrect.

Option 1 with the Local Group Policy Editor is only available in Pro, Education, and Enterprise editions, but option 2 can be used in any edition.

    Hello,

I really hope someone could help me here. Around a month ago I used privatezilla on the basis that it limit's windows' use of private information. Needless to say, it disabled the fingerprint sensor. I went ahead and enabled it in the registry with a .reg file and everything worked.

Yesterday for some reason I ran another program, DWS, short for disable windows spying, and my sign in option tab changed. Windows hello fingerprint is no longer listed as an option to begin with and the tab takes around a minute to load, and windows updates feel like they've been affected as well. I tried using DWS_Neutralizer, a cmd file, to revert the changes but little seems to have been changed, I also tried using the .reg file and it didn't work either.

    Can anyone help me please?😕

Hello ivyvee, and welcome to Ten Forums.

You could try doing a system restore below using a restore point (if available) dated before you installed DWS to hopefully undo what it did.
