    This shortcut runs an abbreviated version of the program and not the full think which has options to the "New" menu options:Create Screen Snip Shortcut in Windows 10-untitled.png

    Yeah, that would be for the Snip & Sketch app instead.

    This shortcut would only be for the Screen Snip feature of that app instead.

    Got it working for some reason: C:\Windows\explorer.exe ms-ScreenSketch:

    I ain't this smart, so this was an accident.

    Shawn, explain something to me, I have tried this method with other apps and they will not work (ex: C:\Windows\explorer.exe ms-Paint3D:) - WHY????

    You just needed to use the correct URI command below for the Paint 3D app.

    App Commands List for Windows 10

    C:\Windows\explorer.exe\ms-paint:
