That error usually means that you do not have permission to modify the registry key in the left pane.

Double check to make sure that you set permissions for the registry key to "Allow" your account "Full control". If it won't let you, then you will need to change the owner of the key to be your account first.

it seems that only this registry key I can not edit (the other keys can edit them without problems)
I can not even change permissions:

(Unable to save permission changes on ....
    Access is denied)

I also noticed that only SYSTEM has full permissions on this registry key:

apparently does not change any of the permits, there are other ways?

You'll need to change the owner of the key to be your account first, then set permissions.

I already tried to change owner, but always returns error Access Denied. This key looks super protected.

I just tested on my system, and you should be able to change the owner to be the "Administrators" group and click on OK to apply. Afterwards, go back and set permissions.

What is your system where you tried?
it seems only a problem in Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB on that specific key (In fact, there is not even a choice of sign-in options)
with Home/Pro I had no problems...

Please post screenshots showing your owner settings as you change it to see what may be happening.

Ok, I clicked here to change the owner (changing it with my account) and it worked:

Now it makes me change the registry key... great!

I tried to restart after changing the registry keys, unfortunately "Require sign-in" has remained ON after wakeup.
Perhaps in LTSB version there is no way to turn it off...
anyway, thanks for your support :)
