1 What version of Outlook did you have on your old computer?
2 What version of Outlook do you have on your new computer?
I only know Office 2007 well. I did spend a year trying out Office 2016 and I learnt to hate Outlook 2016.

Denis.... FYI. I have Outlook 2007 on both computers. I've used this version for a long time. It's easy to use and it's very reliable. I hope to keep using it for many more years. Thanks again. Toby.

1 State what your problem is
2 State which bit of the tutorial is not working for you
3 List what steps you have already taken [to avoid people suggesting things you have already done].
