A free second controller? Don't they all come with one in the box anyway? I can't use my XBOX ONE without a controller or media remote, and can't play any games without at least 1 controller on and linked.

Yeah, they come with one controller by default, but having an extra one for your friend or to connect to the Windows 10 PC could be handy.

True enough. Every time I connect mine to my PC via USB cable, it unlinks from the XBOX. Then when I go back to my XBOX I have to relink it to use it. Bit of a pain. A second controller just for my PC would come in handy. I haven't had my XBOX ONE for very long so it may be a while before I ever get an S. The plug in keyboard attachment for my current controller is on the top of my I want list though. And a second controller after that.

Unless you have a need for 4K support now, it would be worth waiting for the "Project Scorpio" Xbox in late 2017.

1080p is as good as it gets here, with the TV's I have now. I can't afford to buy a new one even if I wanted 4k. No real need for it anyway.
