Dell Mobile Connect is software available on all Bluetooth-enabled Inspiron, Vostro, G-Series, Alienware, and Consumer XPS devices with Windows 10 or above. This software requires the Dell Mobile Connect or Alienware Mobile Connect companion app to create a wireless PC-Smartphone integration. With the app, Dell users can remotely interact with their mobile phone from their computer to reply to SMS messages, make and receive phone calls, and more.

Dell recommends uninstalling Dell Mobile Connect or Alienware Mobile Connect from both your Dell computer and mobile devices by the regional discontinue date. This frees up storage space and ensures an optimum device experience.

To uninstall the app from your mobile device, follow the app removal instructions from the device manufacturer.

To uninstall the app from your Dell computer, follow the steps below.

    1. Select Start, then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
    2. Select Dell Mobile Connect or Alienware Mobile Connect, then select Uninstall.

Note: Alternative apps to connect your phone to your computer are available for Windows, Android, and iOS.

Refer to the Dell Mobile Connect Community Forum if you have additional questions.
